The Mental Illness: It’s not always what you think project was initiated by Sacramento County Department of Health and Human Services’ Division of Behavioral Health Services to:
-Reduce stigma and discrimination
-Promote mental health and wellness
-Inspire hope for people and families living with mental illnessStop Stigma Sacramento is one of the many projects here working to support those with mental illnesses. These are all over the county—on billboards, community boards, and gas pumps.

Still pluggin away w/ 90DayShred. About day 16, and on level 2. Mind, haven’t been up to doing the days consistentantly, i’ve skipped a day here and there. If I hadn’t, I’d prolly be at day 20 or so. Still. Am noticing a difference, although I haven’t really lost much, if any, weight. I’m always hingry, for some reason…. Lost inches, all over, though. Feel tighter and more toned. And cardio is working as it’s supposed to as well. So it’s all good.
And now am smelling pizza. Thanks husband mine. Heh.
